摘要: Flooding is a widely occurring natural hazard that noticeably damages property, people, and the environment. In context of climate change, integration spatial planning with flood-risk management has gained prominence as an approach to mitigating risks flooding. The absence easy access integrated high-quality information, technologies tools use information are among factors impede this integration. Limited research been conducted develop framework investigate role in This study draws primarily on European experiences literature identifies three dimensions management: territorial, policy, institutional. To facilitate accord these dimensions, Spatially Integrated Policy Infrastructure (SIPI) conceptualised encompasses data decision support analysis tools, protocols. presents connections between SIPI elements which important for better understanding roles geographic conceptual will govern further development evaluation SIPI.
