摘要: Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, and cell-based therapies represent a potential cure for patients with cardiac such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, congenital diseases. Towards this goal, tissue engineering is now being investigated an approach to support enhance their efficacy. This review focuses on latest research in based use embryonic, induced pluripotent, or adult stem cells. We describe different strategies direct injection cells and/or biomaterials well replacement mimics. In regard, has shown promising results demonstrating improvement function strategies. It clear from recent studies that most important consideration be addressed by new therapeutic long-term functional improvement. For goal realized, novel efficient methods cell delivery required enable high retention, followed electrical integration mechanical coupling injected engineered host myocardium.
