摘要: A system and method are provided for performing voice data handoff from a cellular network to portable Internet/wireless local area (WLAN) by mobile terminal in heterogeneous environment. The wherein whether perform is determined, location of the Internet/WLAN registered, request sent network, response thereto, voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) call setup through specific upper node received, VoIP set-up, resources circuit released.
