摘要: To enable mass-market applications based on short- range wireless communication around 60 GHz at datarates above 1 Gbps, cheap implementation technologies are needed. The radios for these often use antenna arrays with beamforming to improve the link budget. This work discusses state-of-the-art CMOS architectures and describes different parts of a that is built four-antenna array PCB also contains 45nm digital receiver ICs capabilities.
