摘要: Abstract When plant roots are analyzed for trace elements, the cleaning procedure used can affect analytical accuracy in two ways. First, with inadequate of root surface, high levels elements soil contaminate roots. Second, present be leached into wash solution. In this study, nine different solutions were tested on Typha latiofolia (common cattail) both these effects. The results investigation suggested that there is no universal washing samples. best was found to soaking three hours a solution containing 1% detergent (Alconox) made up deionized water followed by rinsing five times water.
