摘要: A method for acquiring and applying offload area information offloading a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) to small cell in different frequency layer is disclosed. The WTRU may enter region or macro receive of the which vicinity located. include at least one global positioning system (GPS) coordinate, radius over extends with respect GPS list position reference signals (PRS), identity identities, on located, radio access technology (RAT) corresponding cell. be received block (SIB), dedicated signaling, any other signal. perform measurements determine location whether it has entered areas.
