摘要: Five standard fieldwork patterns are simulated and compared with the operator's selected pattern.Four turning models fitted experimental data. The field efficiency for three operations can be improved up to 7.2%. The pattern, which is ordered traversal sequence of in-field tracks by machine, plays an important role in operational efficiency. A sub-optimal pattern a main reason lost time due excessive non-working distance time. Even though algorithms exist that calculate optimal route plan specific operation covers minimum time, so far no commercial navigation-aiding system agricultural vehicles implement this type patterns. Yet, implementation applicable real life provide near-optimal solutions simple generally operators. In paper, potential savings from following alternative instead one experienced operator assessed. We simulate corresponding five common compare them operators' pattern. In order patterns, four turn models, formulas calculating various types turns, actual turns recorded experiments, together model transport material reloading evaluated. As case study sequential potato cultivation (bed forming, stone separation planting) were analysed different fields. simulation results showed significant both all fields selecting best pattern: For bed forming 18.4% 32.7% time; 35.0% 60.9%; planting 22.6% 24.8% increase time-based was 2.7%, 7.2% 7.1% planting, respectively.
