摘要: The attempt to gain a theoretical understanding of the concept time in quantum mechanics has triggered significant progress towards search for faster and more efficient technologies. One such advances consists interpretation time-energy uncertainty relations as lower bounds minimal evolution between two distinguishable states system, also known speed limits.
