摘要: The aim of this research project has been to obtain aired-li me based hydraulic mortars with the addition chamotte or burnt clay powder obtained from ceramic industry waste. By doing this, properties have included into lime and a great improvement in mechanical properties. In order achieve different types at temperatures tested, changing, same time, proportions lime, sand, water. All tests performed preparing double set test pieces be kept room temperature immersed water, determining Shore C hardness compressive tensile strengths. Further on, X-ray diffraction analysis developed determine qualitative composition crystalline structure, as well micro structural analysis, using stereomicroscope electric microscope scanning, microanalysis used. As conclusion, several created proportions, which can used, due its characteristics, keying brickwork, for restoration works new constructions.
