摘要: Abstract Jarosite, one of the by-product zinc manufacturing industry has been a major concern in this context because its hazardous nature. The present study aims to assess durability cement concrete containing jarosite. Fine aggregates have replaced by jarosite different percentages. Equivalent volume 25% also fly ash. Durability parameters like chloride diffusion and corrosion were determined. Keeping environmental suitability mind, toxicity leaching characteristic potential test performed on raw samples. It was observed that reinforcement added less than control mixtures. satisfactory performance properties validated with Scanning Electron Microscopy images X-ray diffraction.
