摘要: Abstract Novel poly(vinyl alcohol)–titanium dioxide (PVA–TiO2) mixed matrix membranes have been prepared by incorporating nano-sized titanium (21 nm) and surface modified with polyaniline (PANI) into PVA crosslinked glutaraldehyde. The developed assessed for intermolecular interactions using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques to understand their morphological thermal properties. Suitability of these dehydrate isopropanol pervaporation (PV) has demonstrated. effect feed composition as well extent filler loading on the PV separation performance evaluated. Sorption studies carried out evaluate interaction degree swelling in pure liquids mixtures water isopropanol. Addition small amount particles membrane instrumental increasing selectivity infinity values. uncrosslinked yielded higher properties than those ones. However, results (unfilled) are all membranes. addition decreased flux properties, giving an increase selectivity.
