摘要: The subclasses of IgG antibodies formed by grass pollen-allergic patients during immunotherapy were investigated using a radioallergosorbent test (RAST) and quantitative immunofluorescence method known as the defined antigen substrate spheres (DASS) system. By use rabbit antisera directed against IgG, specificity which was checked in passive hemagglutination techniques, it shown that relatively high proportion pollen-specific belonged to IgG4 subclass. Apart from binding activity increased treatment, moderate other also found. Binding all slightly pollen season could be specifically blocked preincubation with soluble extract. results binding, determined vitro DASS system, blocking sera, vivo skin tests are suggestive for relation between these activities. Also group low IgE-RAST score, reactivity decreased increased.
