摘要: A retrospective study of 100 consecutive cases autopsy-proved acute myocardial infarction has disclosed a surprisingly low frequency (53%) correct antemortem diagnoses. Incorrect diagnoses seemed to be caused by (1) unjustified dependence on misleading laboratory studies, (2) inattention suggestive or diagnostic (3) atypical obscure presentation infarction, and (4) failure consider as possibility, particularly when the responsible physician was not specialist in internal medicine its subspecialty cardiology. Suggested corrective measures are more appropriate use ECG education reeducation selected groups physicians. ( JAMA 1983;250:1177-1181)
