摘要: Aim: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease is a treatable disease characterized by airflow limitation. It serious as it one of the main causes for mortality, morbidity and health-care costs worldwide. Smoking directly related to COPD, high risk factor COPD. Because COPD progressive patients with are in urgent need treatment which helps them reduce harm (Mannino & Buist, 2007). The REDUQ study provides an intervention smoking reduction cessation. Before quitting participants gradually. This measures whether increased among or not. Furthermore, important find predictors order choose suitable intervention. Therefore this research done over behaviour. Method: data was used. consists two groups, group receives intensive treatment, self-help group. In validate behaviour, CO measurements were taken at baseline follow-up 6 months. Several analyses performed measure effect dichotomous continuous values performed. Questionnaires used possible reduction. Those assessed applying several analyses. Results: found that had no significant on behaviour after No strong successful found. A trend predictive following variables: Negative attitude towards reduction, anger, concentration, perceived social support descriptive norm partner. Nicotine dependence only variable relation but analysis also weak. Discussion: can be suggested due population, share characteristics hinder more needed population patients. predictor Further should focus addition recommended apply time variated measurement instead predictors, because indicates vary time.
