摘要: It was hypothesized that the clients assigned to a consumer team of case managers, because they share similar life experiences interacting with mental health system, would have greater satisfaction treatment than nonconsumer managers. Ninety-one serious and persistent illness randomly management teams were interviewed after 1 year service. While served by managers less satisfied treatment, personal characteristics individual more important in explaining differences whether client or team.
