摘要: Abstract Chicken manure with similar content of copper and zinc was chosen to conduct a composting experiment investigate the changes organic carbon humus substance complexed (HS-Cu) (HS-Zn), which were extracted by water (H2O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), pyrophate-NaOH mixture (Na4P2O7-NaOH), sequentially. Distributions in fulvic acids (FA) humic (HA) three extracts studied. During composting, concentrations increased from about 500 mg kg−1 raw material 1 100 final products. HS-Cu H2O, NaOH, Na4P2O7-NaOH occupied 6.7, 26.7, 19% averagely total HS-Zn represented 2.7, 13.7, 17% compost, respectively. In extracts, both HA FA mainly Cu mole ratio Zn 2.8 fractions 2.6 fractions, copper, so that ratios HA-Cu HA-Zn averaged 3.4 NaOH extracts. had potential complex zinc, FA-Cu FA-Zn close 1. or zinc. The With extractable level as high HS-Cu. This indicated more stable complexes formed late decomposition period. competition between be became weaker process.
