摘要: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a complex disorder involving dysregulation of stress-related hormones and neurotransmitter systems. Research focused on the endocannabinoid system (eCBS) for anxiety stress regulation, cognitive emotional responses modulation aversive memories extinction, leading to hypothesis that it could represent possible alternative treatment target PTSD. In this systematic review, we summarize evidence about efficacy safety medicinal cannabidiol (CBD), Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC), nabilone in PTSD treatment. The PRISMA statement guidelines were followed. A literature search was conducted MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus Web Science by two independent researchers, who also performed data extraction quality assessment. Among initial 495 papers, 234 screened eligibility 10 included. Studies suggested different cannabinoids at distinct doses formulations promising strategies improvement overall symptomatology as well specific symptom domains (e.g., sleep disorders, arousal disturbances, suicidal thoughts), influencing life, pain social impact. Although there robust rationale with drugs eCBS results are promising, further studies needed investigate profile their prolonged use.
