摘要: In 2008, CLAs received a no-objection letter from the FDA on its generally recognized as safe (GRAS) status for certain foods. However, aside mixture of c9, t11-CLA and t10, c12-CLA, other CLA mixtures are still not used in food production. The effects different concentrations (25, 50, 100, 200 µmol/L) (c9, t9, t11-CLA) human colorectal carcinoma cell line Caco-2 cells after various treatment times (1, 2, 3, 4 days) induced apoptosis were examined study. mRNA expression level activities caspase-3, -8, -9 determined via quantitative real-time PCR assay kits. results indicated that inhibited proliferation cells, antiproliferative closely related to time concentration. Meanwhile, increased compared with control which suggested by was caspase pathway. conclusion, can inhibit induce through increasing 8, 9 activities. Practical applications: industry, lactic acid bacteria (LAB) important production fermented may be probiotic gastrointestinal tract, contributing pathogen inhibition immunomodulation. C9, isomers present study obtained conversion linoleic Lactobacillus helveticus L7 (used bacterial our laboratory). Here, had synergistic antiproliferation effect has potential health value, beneficial supplement industry.
