摘要: Introduction. Assessment of the hemodialysis adequacy is one key factors in evaluating health service system. This would provide a good background for effective future planning by healthcare authorities. In this study, we aimed to evaluate Iran. Materials and Methods. One hundred twenty-seven centers affiliated 30 medical universities Iran participated cross-sectional multicenter national study. All demographic data as well prescription data, including blood flow rate, length session, membrane type, composition dialysis solution were recorded each patient. addition, urea reduction ratio Kt/V calculated determine adequacy. Results. A total 4004 patients included 2345 men (58.6%) 1659 women (41.4%). Bicarbonate-based solutions low-flux membranes prescribed 77.0% 97.6% patients, respectively. The mean rate was 242.9 ± 39.2 mL/min. session 229.2 22.2 minutes. be 61.0 11.8% 1.2 0.4, less than 65% found 56.7%, 65.2% Conclusions. study showed substantial inadequate compared with Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative guidelines. Considering impact on quality life survival rates, costs, rigorous attempts achieve desired goals are necessary.
