摘要: Sudan has high maternal mortality. The rate among nomads - groups of people who move from place to as a way obtaining food, finding pasture or make living is very and varies between different regions the country. objective study identify factors affecting utilization health care services by nomadic communities in Sudan, recommendations improve their health. Nomadic practices are main influencing services. influenced mobile lifestyle nomads, low level education knowledge, gender norms, beliefs, values attitudes, geographical locations. Existing ill-adapted lifestyle. also demonstrates some best other countries that can be applied context such community workers, training support for traditional birth attendants, provision joint humans livestock establishment maternity waiting homes.
