摘要: Cervical cancer (CC) is a malignant neoplasm arising from cells originating in the cervix uteri, among top causes of death women. In gene expression profiling study metabolic response to treatment, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway are associated with development CC. A common mechanism Akt activation seen types alterations upstream regulators such as phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K), which overexpressed cervical tissues, and leads phosphorylation Akt. Both PI3K inhibitors exist may be therapeutically valuable. present study, we use MTT assay western blot for high-throughput screening select specific pathway, then obtain fucoxanthin. Fucoxanthin water-soluble dietary fiber, taken unique slimy component alginic cells. Various studies have pointed out that fucoxanthin very effective treatment cancer. Our results shown induced significant apoptosis HeLa cells, compared other candidates. After 24 h, level was inhibited dose-dependent manner, proteins apoptotic markers were changed And could suppress tumor growth vivo. addition, mitochondrial signal transduction maybe involved its NF-κB decreased after Therefore, used anti-cervical drugs future.
