摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence copper supplements on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in kidneys and liver rats exposed moderate doses cadmium chloride. SOD were measured weekly for a period 28 days. examinations involved male Wistar divided into three groups. Rats group I considered controls whereas II III administered intragastrically 7 d, 14 21 d water solution chloride corresponding 10 mg Cd/kg diet. All fed standard laboratory chow LSM (Agros Motycz, Poland) containing 5 Cu/kg except which animals an diet supplemented up 50 Cu/kg. experimental procedure included evaluation feed intake, body weight gains, liver, kidneys, testicles, heart spleen ratio, hepatic renal after exposure or plus copper. Results indicated that activity groups changed comparison with control values. Supplements increased significantly when compared those found rats. Moreover, supplement improved gain suggest may stimulate protective against toxic action given at resembling its concentrations areas contaminated metal.
