摘要: Objectives: The biochemical effects of thiamine pyrophosphate on ischemia-reperfusion (IR) induced oxidative damage and DNA mutation in rat kidney tissue were investigated, compared to thiamine. Materials Methods: Rats divided into four groups: Renal (RIR); + RIR (TPRIR); (TRIR); sham group (SG). Results: results experiments have shown that malondialdehyde (MDA) levels after TRIR TPRIR treatment 7.2 ± 0.5 (P > 0.05) 3.3 0.3 0.05), 5.8 0.4 0.93 0.1 Conclusions: It has been prevents increase mutagenic IR damage, whereas does not this effect.
