摘要: This study was designed to explore the protective effects of ascorbic acid and water extract Spirulina platensis (blue green algae) on methotrexate-induced lipid peroxidation using goat liver as source. in vitro evaluation done by measuring malondialdehyde, 4-hydroxy-2-nonenal, reduced glutathione nitric oxide content tissue homogenates. The reveals induction capacity methotrexate, anti-peroxidative potential aqueous S. peroxidation.
