摘要: The role of dendritic cells (DCs) and their targeted manipulation in the body's response to implanted materials is an important developing area investigation, a large component emerging field biomaterials-based immune engineering. key position DCs system, serving bridge innate adaptive immunity, facilitated by rich diversity type function places as critical mediator biomaterials both synthetic natural origins. This review presents current views regarding DC biology summarizes recent findings responses biomaterials. Based on these findings, there promise that directed programming application-specific can become reality, enabling enhancing applications almost diverse larger itself.
