摘要: The regulatory DNA sequence elements that control the expression of hepatitis B virus major surface antigen gene in hepatoblastoma cell line HepG2 were analyzed by using transient transfection assays. In this system, enhancer increases transcription from promoter approximately twofold. regulating are within a 200-nucleotide located immediately upstream initiation sites. consists an 85-nucleotide distal element which two- to fourfold and proximal 115 nucleotides is essential for transcriptional activity. shown bind factors present nuclear extracts, consistent with role demonstrated these sequences. sequences hepatocellular carcinoma lines PLC/PRF/5 Hep3B was also demonstrated, indicating similar regulation each differentiated hepatoma lines.
