摘要: 1. Gingival fluid from severely inflamed periodontal tissue represents a 15 to 30% dilution of serum with respect the proteins studied, exception C3 and in some subjects, C4. 2. A marked decrease levels is found most, if not all, gingival fluids, C4 fluids. This suggests that complement might be activated during inflammation. 3. The concentrations are related their molecular weight.
