摘要: Nasal route has been demonstrated as a possible alternative to the intravenous for systemic delivery of drugs. It that low absorption drugs can be enhanced by increasing drug residence time in nasal cavity, using mucoadhesive microspheres. The present review holds brief introduction role microspheres delivery, interaction between microsphere and mucus, different theories mucoadhesion researches done on nasoadhesive till date. As its is being widely looked forward various categories getting well local effect also targeting brain
