摘要: Binders (I) for coating materials are obtd. by radical initiated polymerisation of (a) 99.5-70 wt.% (meth)acrylic monomer(s) and opt. (b) other comonomer(s) in the presence (c) 0.5-30 peroxygenated cycloolefin homo- or co-polymer(s). Also claimed is a process prodn. polymerising liq. soln. initiator. (II) contg. (I), together with crosslinker(s), conventional paint additives pigments and/or fillers.
