摘要: The results of the application four mathematical models to food extruders considering effects machine wear are presented. use a variable gap size simulates effect increasing on extrusion, expressed here in terms influence output flow. Comparison between different yielded conclusions importance non-Newtonian behaviour, slippage at walls, leakage flow and screw geometry extrusion modelling.
