摘要: Rat brain cortex slices preincubated with 3H-serotonin were superfused physiological salt solution (containing citalopram, an inhibitor of serotonin uptake) and the effect histamine on electrically (3 Hz) evoked 3H overflow was studied. Histamine decreased in a concentration-dependent manner. The inhibitory antagonized by impromidine burimamide, but not affected pheniramine, ranitidine, metitepine phentolamine. Given alone, facilitated overflow, whereas pheniramine ranitidine had no effect. results suggest that inhibits release rat via H3 receptors, which may be located presynaptically.
