摘要: Abstract Background: A quantitative technique is required to reduce the subjectivity and improve reproducibility of stress echocardiography. Tissue Doppler imaging may offer these benefits, but its feasibility with exercise echocardiography (ExE) undefined. This study sought determinants tissue velocity (TDV) response accuracy color TDV during ExE. Methods Results: Fifteen volunteers 85 patients (age 60 ± 10 years, 19 women) known or suspected coronary artery disease were studied standard 2-dimensional (2D) pulsed wave (PW) before after they underwent treadmill testing. After PW was measured in 6 basal segments, off-line software used display data from all myocardial segments. Color compared segments at rest use linear regression. mid wall motion on 2D The predictors defined a multiple logistic regression model integrate clinical, exercise, variables for prediction abnormal regional left ventricular function. correlated well ( r = 0.81) 0.84), greater than velocities stress. On basis echocardiography, 752 classified as normal without evidence disease, 309 another territory, 128 showed ischemia scar. Segmental comparison assessed by that scar had lower P Conclusion: feasible correlation found between analysis experienced observers indicates be useful tool interpretation (J Am Soc Echocardiogr 1999;12:901-12.)
