摘要: This review discusses the information which can be obtained by cardiac pacing in patients with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Programmed electrical stimulation when combined recording of intracardiac electrograms and surface electrocardiograph leads, extremely useful following areas. 1) Determining type accessory atrioventricular connexions; 2) determining electrophysiological properties pathway; 3) localizing position 4) mechanisms any tachycardia; 5) assessing effect drugs; 6) identifying likely to at high risk; 7)evaluating postoperative conduction.
