Exploratory study of the implications of research on the use of smart connected devices for prevention: a scoping review

摘要: Smart devices and mobile applications are now an integral part of all aspects everyday life. They particularly numerous in the field health, contributing to movement called ehealth. What is potential role these as prevention supports? The purpose this article provide exploratory analysis use, efficacy contribution conventional strategies. To address issue, we conducted a scoping-review on basis 105 publications from fields medicine human sciences. Three dimensions use smart health were identified: 1/a quantification tool allowing users measure their activities; 2/a self-positioning community; 3/an interface between medical world population, modifying hierarchy knowledge. However, few published studies have investigated determinants impact individual behaviours professional practices. Based hypothesis possible integration policies, it would be interesting investigate two research issues: how under what psycho-socio-environmental conditions can contribute adoption positive behaviours? degree does modify care professional-patient relationship? Finding answers questions could help define real place strategies by determining complementarity with respect other strategies, inequalities.
