摘要: Due to computational demand, elements of genetic correlation matrices may have been estimated separately and then combined together into a single matrix at later stage. Because these should be positive definite (PD) statistical method commonly known as "bending" is used make them definite. The conventional bending ignores the reliability different correlations subject any change in order matrix. A simple obtain weighted bended animal breeding applications proposed, implementation demonstrated by an example.
