摘要: Abstract We investigated possible associations of HL-A types and antibody-response patterns during clinical trials with a live, attenuated intranasal influenza A vaccine. After vaccination, subjects type W16 had, as group, mean convalescent-phase hemagglutination-inhibiting antibody titer 14, which was significantly lower (P < 0.001) than the 36 in without Type W16. Of 25 poor response, 32 per cent had W16, whereas only 5 good response The titers nasal secretions five at 13 30 days were <3; contrast, similar 22 8 9 respectively. results suggest that is due to increased cellular resistance infection rather suppressed immune because other normal responses after vaccination killed (N Engl J Med 294:13–16, 1976)
