摘要: The nucleotide sequence of the DNA fragment containing beta-glucosidase gene Candida pelliculosa was determined. Analysis revealed three open reading frames which could encode 65,825, and 412 amino acid residues. presence second frame found to be sufficient for expression in a heterologous host Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Putative protein encoded by this had hydrophobic acids, resembling signal peptide, at its N-terminal region 19 potential glycosylation sites.
