摘要: The effects of acidosis and extracellular calcium were examined at 20°C in the isolated spontaneously contracting atria freshwater turtle (Chrysemys picta bellii). subjected to treatments lactic acidosis, hypercapnic or chloride presence both normal (2.0 mM) high (10.0 calcium, which simulated levels observed vivo. In all cases pH was reduced 6.80 from a control 7.80.
