摘要: Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP, also known as NPPA) and brain (BNP, NPPB) have been determined genetic factors for several diseases, including stroke myocardial infarction, in human rat models. To investigate the potential association between polymorphisms of NPPA gene a Korean population, nine single-nucleotide (SNPs) NPPB genes were genotyped total 941 subjects, 674 patients (109 hemorrhagic 565 ischemic) 267 unaffected controls.
