摘要: Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) was examined in 36 isolates Exophiala spinifera (8 from Brazil, 9 China, 15 Columbia, 1 the United States and 2 Venezuela). E. displayed a high degree mtDNA diversity RFLP patterns were clustered into six genetically heterogeneous groups (Group through Group 6). Isolates including type strain seemed to have worldwide distribution. also distinct those other dematiaceous fungi, such as jeanselmei, moniliae, dermatitidis, Fonsecaea pedrosoi, Cladosporium carrionii Phialophora verrucosa. These results indicate that may be taxonomic complex will useful identification, typing epidemiology variants.
