摘要: Evaluating aquifer–river interactions is naturally complex, particularly within urban settings. This largely due to the difficulties involved in quantifying most elements of water balance. The ability numerical models deal with several dynamic variables simultaneously makes them valuable tools address this kind problem. An applied, modeling-based approach investigate spatial and temporal variations connectivity a shallow aquifer presented. Model development based on comprehensive field campaigns Langreo, Spain. Two calibration runs (for summer winter conditions) were carried out order evaluate distribution recharge rates. model suggests that baseflows are negligible comparison total streamflows. mostly attributed abrupt nature catchment, which prevents existence sufficiently large alluvial systems great extent. Modelling results also show at study site constrained by pumping as well seasonal fluctuations.
