摘要: Blunt trauma to the pelvic or perineal region of corpora cavernosa is a risk factor for subsequent development persistent erectile dysfunction. The hemodynamic investigation integrity veno-occlusive mechanism has been rare in cases traumatic impotence. We present two young men with dysfunction following blunt penile trauma. Combined intracavernous injection and stimulation test, color duplex ultrasonography, pharmacologic cavernosometry cavernosography revealed normal arterial velocity pulsation without cavernosal fistula, but severe venous occlusion site-specific abnormal veins were noted both patients. They received vein ligation procedure resulted near-completely function after four-year followup. Penile ligation, especially on veins, still choice treatment trauma-induced dysfunction, result satisfactory.
