摘要: The chemical structure of saligenin cyclic phosphorus esters is shown by the general formula I. Cyclic phosphates were first discovered as active metabolite tri-o-tolyl phosphate (known tri-o-cresyl or TOCP) (Casida et al. 1961, Eto 1962 a). Their biological activities are remarkably affected an exocyclic substituent group on phosphorus. Some them have a deleterious activity to cause ataxia in higher animals TOCP has (Caseda 1963). On contrary, some others do not show such harmful activity, but high insecticidal (Eto 1963 c). Moreover, another shows fungicidal activity.
