摘要: Wheat is the most consumed cereal worldwide and can be processed to different products for human consumption. This crop infected by Fusarium species, among them those within graminearum complex causing head blight (FHB. The disease severely reduce grain yield quality under conditions of high humidity warm temperatures during anthesis. Moreover grains contaminated with mycotoxin such as trichothecenes, deoxynivalenol their acetyl derivates 3-ADON, 15-ADON DON-3-glucoside. Some years, depending on environmental proliferatum also infect fumonisin contamination observed. To understand way infection species will help undertake strategies problem both at pre-harvest processing select adequate procedures manage production. Different stages wheat chain have been proposed impact FHB accumulation.
