摘要: Nine microsatellite loci were isolated from a genomic DNA library created impala (Aepyceros melampus). Observed and expected levels of heterozygosity computed utilizing 25 individuals population in central Kenya. Tests for Hardy–Weinberg equilibria conducted found that three the nine deviated equilibrium this population. These markers developed to analyse genetic effects culling isolation on game preserve
