Jian-Wei-Yu-Yang granules in treatment of experimental gastric ulcer in rats

摘要: AIM:To elucidate the therapeutic mechanism of Jian-WeiYu-Yang (JWYY) granules. METHODS:The authors used Okabe’s method to establish gastric ulcer models in rats. Seventy-six SD rats were randomly divided into four groups. Except normal control group, other three groups operated and treated with distilled water, WeiSu JWYY respectively. After 7 or 14 days treatment, tissues stomach collected examine , morphological changes indices. The protein Midkine (MK), TNF-α ,EGFR, Bcl-2 Bax detected immunohistochemistry, situ hybridization cell apoptosis TUNEL. RESULTS:After day day,the index (1.7± 0.5, 0.8± 0.4) (3.0± 0.4,2.0± 0.5) group decreased significantly than that model (P 0.05). In both day, (33.5± 6.8, 32.9± 9.6), mRNA (26.1± 4.5, 23.0± 6.2),protein Bcl-2/Bax (1.3± 0.3,1.7 ±0.7) (1.4±0.3, 1.5±0.4) higher those <0.01
