Methods Patients metastases (2010–2015) were identified NCDB. Descriptive statistics calculated across case SRS region. Univariable multivariable regression performed identify predictors treatment overall population estimate region-specific models hazard mortality over each year. Results Among 49,048 cases metastases, 8310 treated SRS. Those Middle Atlantic had greatest odds treatment, at 1.03 times those East North Central (95% CI: 1.02–1.04, p Conclusion Increased was observed decreased five diagnosis-years These suggest clinical burden secondary cancers, particularly will increase years come.
