摘要: Herein we demonstrate cultivation-dependent siderophore production by the actinomycete Gordonia rubripertincta CWB2. The strain produces mostly citrate, but also desferrioxamine E (DFOE) and new hydroxamate-type siderophores. of hydroxamate-like siderophores is influenced cultivation conditions, for example available carbon sources or presence metals, such as rare earth erbium heavy metal lead. By with succinate extraction an adsorbing resin (XAD) purified G. CWB2 (yield up to 178 mg L-1). respective workflow comprises genome mining, cultivation, overproduction strategies, a rapid screening procedure, well traditional structure enrichment elucidation methods. This combination methods allows discovery natural products complexation capacity, lanthanides commercial value. carries desferrioxamine-like biosynthetic gene cluster. Its transcription was proven transcriptomic approach comparing expression levels selected cluster during in iron-depleted repleted media. Further investigation this producing Actinobacterium could lead structures.
