摘要: The authors present an overview of the presence residues from veterinary medicinal products, growth-promoting agents and performance enhancers in food-producing animals, as a result administering these substances--legally or illegally--on farms. current situation European Union (EU) is represented by analysis 2004 results national residue monitoring plans EU Member States. Aspects ante-mortem postmortem inspection are also considered, well practical challenges facing inspectors attempting to uncover illegal uses prevent public health risks. Substances which considered because their risks have not yet been assessed, such those employed minority species for minor uses, discussed.
