摘要: The invention provides monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) which are cross-protective against endotoxemia caused by at least two different Gram-negative bacterial strains having core structures; and methods of production these antibodies. By use the Kohler/Milstein procedure involving immunization mice with a number rough heat-killed bacteria, followed fusion proper screening resulting hybridomas, such murine MAbs obtained. may be chimerized or humanized known methods.
